The ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING WEEK organized by the Electrical Engineering Mention was held on September 26, 2022 at the Polytechnic School of Antananarivo. As its name suggests Jiro sy Rano Malagasy (JIRAMA) works in the electricity sector, therefore Andriamanampisoa Solo, the Director of JIRAMA’s Administrative Council, sponsored the event which aimed to promote the projects as well as the results of the research carried out by the students. They were also able to get to know professionals in the sector such as the Rural Electrification Development Agency (ADER), the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), New Energy Africa and the Industrial Engineering & Contracting.
Malagasy students deserve their places in the sector given the products of their research exhibited during this fair : Through a process of transforming waste, they managed to obtain electricity, they also created an application capable of controlling remotely the electricity of a household,… ESPA plans to implement a new Mention "Hydroelectricity".
